Refund policy

By booking or purchasing with Royal Eyez you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Reschedule Policy.

1. Booking Retainer (Non‑Refundable)

A 50 % retainer is required to secure your session date. Because the studio blocks this time exclusively for you, retainers are non‑refundable if you cancel for any reason. This supersedes the 30‑day “change‑of‑mind” language found in generic e‑commerce policies.  

2. Session Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without penalty when you provide at least 72 hours’ written notice. Less than 72 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the retainer. A new retainer will be required to book a future date.

3. No Refund on Digital Products & Final Images
All high‑resolution files, retouched images, LUTs, presets, e‑books, and other digital downloads are final sale and ineligible for refund or exchange under any circumstance. This includes the “Standard” and “Advanced” Photo Edit services once the completed files have been delivered.   

5. Gallery Approval Window
Proof galleries remain live for 7 days. Requested retouch notes must be submitted within this window. Once images are approved and the final gallery is delivered, the order is considered complete and non‑refundable.

7. How to Initiate a Claim
Email royaleyezinfo@gmail.com with your order number, the issue, and supporting images (if applicable). Unauthorised returns or chargebacks filed before contacting us will be declined.  

8. Refund Processing (Eligible Cases Only)
If a refund is approved (e.g., duplicate payment), it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times set by your bank or card issuer may vary.  


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
